• Keep the HRC up to date on current state of the law and HRC relevant events / news
• Orient new members to the commission
• Educate commission members on topics relevant to its mission

Goals

• Make new membership more seamless
• Make members more comfortable with their knowledge and skill level

Tasks

• Conduct internal trainings on topics other than complaint process
• Conduct new member orientations and create relevant materials
